1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Three Lines app (“App”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of the App
Three Lines is a daily reflection app that lets you record three short entries per day: a win, a hard thing, and one thing for tomorrow. The App is designed to work offline and stores data locally on your device. We do not operate a backend service that collects or stores your reflection data.
3. Use of the App
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the App. You are responsible for the content you enter into the App. We do not access, collect, or process the text you write in the App.
4. Pro / In-App Purchases
The App may offer optional “Pro” features (e.g., unlimited history, search, export, advanced reminders). Payment for Pro is handled by the applicable app store (Apple App Store or Google Play). Refunds are subject to the policies of that store. We may change Pro features or pricing with reasonable notice where required.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the App is at your sole risk.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Three Lines and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the App. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim, if any.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes, we may provide additional notice where appropriate.
