Privacy Policy

1. Overview
Three Lines is designed with privacy in mind. The App is offline-first and does not require an account. The reflections you write (win, hard thing, tomorrow) are stored only on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or have access to the content you enter in the App.
2. Data Stored on Your Device
The App stores the following locally on your phone or tablet:
- Your daily entries (date, win, hard thing, tomorrow)
- App settings (e.g., theme, reminder times, Pro status)
This data stays on your device. It is not sent to our servers because the App does not use a backend service for your reflection content.
3. Data We Do Not Collect
We do not collect your reflection text, account information (there are no accounts), or any personally identifiable content you type into the App. We do not use analytics or tracking inside the App for your entries.
4. Third-Party Services
The App may use the following in a limited way:
- App stores. If you purchase Pro, the transaction is processed by Apple or Google. Their respective privacy policies apply to payment data. These providers are required to protect user data in line with applicable privacy standards.
- Local notifications. Reminder times are stored on your device and used only to show local notifications. No notification content is sent to us.
5. Export and Deletion
You can export your data (Pro feature) as a spreadsheet (CSV) or JSON and share it from your device. You can delete all app data at any time from within the App’s settings. Deleting the App will remove all local data from that device.
6. This Website
This landing page may be hosted by a third party (e.g., Vercel). Standard hosting and analytics (e.g., aggregate traffic) may apply as described in the host’s privacy policy. We do not use this site to collect your reflection data or to identify you in relation to the App.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
